Shipping policy

The Ministry of Coffee offers nation-wide shipping through Canada Post, local delivery within a 10-km radius of our Elgin location and local pick-up at our Elgin location.

Orders of 3 bags or more with delivery addresses in Quebec and Ontario will receive free shipping. 

In-store pick-up orders must be picked no later than 4 days after placing the order. 

Only orders over $40 will qualify for free local delivery within a 10-km radius of our roastery on Elgin Street. The delivery address must also be within the city of Ottawa. The Ministry of Coffee reserves the right to not offer local delivery to addresses deemed too far away from our roasting facility.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping times may take longer than expected.
