We have brought back a delicious Brazilian coffee into our catalogue by popular demand.

Sourced from an area more known for its larger coffee-growing estates that use highly mechanized processing methods, this coffee comes from family-owned farms that are part of a local cooperative.

The region has a protected designation of origin (PDO) thanks to its reputation for optimal growing conditions and quality results.

Minas Gerais is one of the world's most famous coffee-growing regions, surrounded by major cities, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, close to the South-East coast. 

This coffee’s variety, Mundo Novo, results from a natural cross between Typica and Bourbon, two types with a reputation for offering exceptional cup qualities, and is also a “parent” (along with dwarf Caturra) to dwarf Catuai. 

Using the classic pulped natural process (now more commonly known as the honey process), we get all the qualities we look for in a Brazilian coffee.

Another great all-rounder coffee that holds up nicely with milk, especially as an espresso base.

Expect classic milk chocolate, smooth peanut butter and blackberry notes in the cup.
