    The Coffee Lab

    Monday to Friday: 9am - 3pm

    Our Colonnade location focuses on hands-on experience. It is a roasting/training/lab environment focused on experimentation and coffee education.

    Our Laurier location is popular if you’re looking for a calm place to settle in with a carefully crafted espresso or pour-over.
