Curious how a bright Ethiopian differs from a nutty Brazilian? You’ll experience it firsthand as we guide you through techniques, flavour profiles, and the stories behind each coffee.

Home Barista covers everything it takes to pull the perfect shot of espresso and make the drinks you love. From recipe development, origins, water quality to milk steaming techniques.
Take advantage of our professional experience to lower the learning curve that comes with starting your espresso journey, to give you the confidence to craft a cup of coffee that perfectly meets your taste.
This class is meant for anyone who has recently taken the step into home espresso as well as those looking to refine their workflow and grow more confident in their abilities to get the most out of any coffee.
You'll leave with a bag of coffee to use at home!

This class covers the details needed gain a greater understanding of the coffee roasting process.
From bean sourcing, developing roast profiles, quality control procedures and how to improve your consistency, we will talk our way through different types of machinery, heating technology and analytical processes that go into commercial and personal roasting.
You will leave this class with a solid knowledge base on roasting, along with a selection of green coffee beans to continue practicing.
